We thank you for your interest in our school and appreciate your willingness to contribute so we may continue in our quest to help our students succeed, not only in school today, but in their lifelong adventure.
Some have asked us to simplify the process – writing and mailing a check can be such a hassle – but unfortunately we can’t initiate the payments on our end. We have, however, compiled a list of easy-to-use methods to help you.
You could simply select the PayPal button on our website, and follow the prompts. This is good for a one-time contribution – just enter it and you’re done!
Or, if you’d prefer, we could send you an email reminder invoice from PayPal every month, quarter, etc. This method would help you to remember what your pledged amount was and will also give you the invoice receipt for your tax records. If using your own PayPal account, be sure to donate under “friends/family” to avoid service charges being deducted from your gift.
Alternatively, you could log into your bank’s billpay service and set up recurring payments to be issued on dates that you select – perfect for those donors who would like to pay a set amount at the same time each month. Your bank will print and mail the check for you, and you won’t even have to pay the postage. And, again, all of your donations will be compiled in one handy place so you won’t have to search at tax time.
